Though specifically prepared to help our novice Field Representatives get quickly up to speed, this primer will also help potential clients and industry professionals by providing an overview of recreational marine propulsion. This broad perspective then functions as a personal moving map that helps navigate the torrent of information currently flowing from science and industry. We are not trying to teach this torrent. We are instead offering a robust perspective of the marine propulsion industry. With this rough sketch, each person confidently navigates their own waters, mapping as they go the details that are important and relevant to them.
You may already know most, if not all of the information presented herein. That is to your advantage if you can ignore your boat or your business for a moment, if you can step back and begin with a bigger map.
